Beef between two buns

This 5kd challenge is on a next level. I'm up against the andersons one of which blasted the 24min trial and the other is currently on the 26min. So im truly the beef between the two 'anderson' buns!

I find running indoors is so much easier than out door! I need an outdoor running buddy so I can get back to my 50 min 10kd time. Granted this time was set on the treadmill :-()

My actual time today was 24:37 after the machine decided to have a mind of it's own and start the cool down function at 20mins. Totally messed up my flow! So I had to run the last .140 km on a restart.
